Dinah Sheridan RIP

A bit of Peter Pan history passed away today... Dinah Sheridan, who had the distinction of being the first actress to play Wendy and Peter, died today, aged 92.  She first played Wendy in the 1933-1934 tour (opposite Jean Forbes Robertson as Peter Pan) then played Peter during the 1936-37 touring season. Could she be the last actress to have played Peter Pan (in the UK) during Barrie's lifetime? Bruce Hanson wrote very movingly about her and her reminiscences of her acting life in his wonderful book Peter Pan on Stage and Screen 1904-2010. RIP Dinah.
