Wilkinsons - or Norland Place?

I was interested in the pictures of Nico at school - (very studious he looks too!).  However I wonder if they are really of Wilkinsons  as the caption suggests.  Wasn't Wilkies an all boys school?  There are quite a lot of studious little girls in the pictures as well.  Also Nico has not had his hair cut yet - it is still in the "little boy" cut which boys (or at least the Llewelyn Davies boys) had until they went to their "prep" school - nor is he wearing a uniform - although the girls do appear to be in some sort of uniform.  It would seem more likely that this is Norland Place, which was coed in its early grades with girls continuing on to 12 or 13 or so and boys leaving at 8 for prep.  I could be wrong of course!  At any rate it I love the picture!

Speaking of Nico and his hair I was delighted to see that you have added a picture of a lock of his hair which Sylvia had saved!  My husband's mother did the same for her son and it somehow seems very touching.  Looks sort of auburn, but sometimes time makes older cut hair turn reddish.
