Journey to Barrie's Country
« on: May 03, 2007, 10:05:30 AM »
For a very appealing, highly detailed impression of Barrie's Kirriemuir in words, pictures and videos, I heartily recommend Céline-Albin Faivre's current blog entries within her website http://www.sirjmbarrie.com/  -  within her homepage, click on the 'les roses de décembre JIACO blog HOLLY GOLIGHTLY' panel.  Her entries for 29 April onwards are relevant and derive from her visit to Kirriemuir a week ago.

Céline produced a similar series of blog entries on the subject of Barrie's London immediately following her visit there in March of this year.  She has since amalgamated these into one document which is accessible directly from her homepage: click on 'Voyage au pays de Barrie: ICI.' (Journey to Barrie's country: HERE) at bottom left.  As this document is 'Part One', we may expect that Part Two will comprise her current Kirriemuir blog entries, and I have a strong suspicion that there will be more to come later this year!

Please don't let any possible shortcoming in your knowledge of the French language deter you from exploring Céline's website, blog and forum.  A little effort will pay dividends but, in any case, there are numerous illustrations, pictures and videos which speak for themselves.
