Barrie as film director

In his biography, Denis Mackail tells the extraordinary story of JMB going to Hertfordshire in 1914 with friends, including G. K. Chesterton and Bernard Shaw, plus film technicians, in order to be filmed dressed as cowboys and generally acting the fool at JMB's direction. Mackail says that the film still existed when he was writing. Does anyone know what became of it?
