Hello,
I'm an undergraduate writing my final year dissertation on JMB and his place as a modernist writer, and I thought I'd throw a question out there: Does anyone know whether Barrie was actively involved with women's rights and the suffragette movement? This would be for my chapter on gender issues, and feminism in What Every Woman Knows.
I know he was active with the committee against the censor, and I haven't read he wasn't involved with women's rights, but I would be much obliged for a confirmation of this or just any comment!
Thanks.
