hi every one I;d like some information please ,I read someplace that jm Barrie turned down 20,000 thousand pound for the rights to peter pan i know he gave the rights to great ormond street hospital,also that he earned between 2@3 thousand pounds a week in or around 1910 or so is this true and if so what date  did this happen

In a letter to his agent, Golding Bright, dated 4 December 1918, Barrie wrote: "P. Pan film I'm not having done at present. Was offered £20,000 in Paris the other day, advance sum!"
