The Will of Sylvia re guardianship of the boys

In this article the author  Justin Picardie refers to Barrie having altered Sylvia's  will from Jenny to Jimmy (as in i guess uncle jim) in order to be guardian to the boys.

Obviously this has quite substantial implications on Barries character, does anyone know where i could if i can view this will? I am in scotland on the west coast so i wouldnt have too much trouble if I had to travel and i think there is a law which you can ask to see any persons will..but then how would i know it had been altered? a historian must of reached that conclusion? please help thanks

You can view Sylvia's will on this site's database, together with JMB's incorrect transcript. As Andrew Birkin has pointed out several times, the line where 'Jenny' was changed to 'Jimmy' (most probably unintentionally) has been quoted out of context by many people trying to establish JMB's duplicity. The rest of Sylvia's will clearly and unequivocally names JMB - along with Emma and Guy Du Maurier and Crompton Llewelyn Davies - as trustee and guardian to the boys, so there was never any doubt that she trusted him.

being a novice i cant seem to work the database! usual for me il keep trying

 that is good news about Sylvia's Will - i did wonder as i thought what a thing to say without referencing it with evidence! unbelievable well no actually believable ;-)

i started off researching childhood and adulthood constructions in peter pan play vs 2003 and disney film etc but barries life is so fascinating ive been totally sucked in :-)
