Just been saddened by news from Wales of the death of Mr Lewis. ... You will know from my note to Audrey that Michael joined the Defence forces, and is for the time being at Wimbledon, a full-fledged private of the London Scottish, with kilt expected daily. They joined for a possible 90 days, but I think will soon be disbanded.
