Your letter is so kind and dear I should like you to know to that it was not merely the greatness of the man that made him wonderful to me. Suppose he had been just an everyday person -- I should still have thought him one of the most lovable human beings I had ever known. It is this part of him that lies at Stinsford and the other in the Abbey. Each place has got its rights.
