My Love for Barrie's dream child.......

Another question out of interest:

Peter Pan has and porbally always will be a hugh love and curiosity in my life. So i am putting forward a question that my heart can so easily answer but my hand cannot. In other words i love it but cannot write down why.

So why do you love JM Barrie's "Peter Pan"  ?

I love this story too ... i have one of the original copies as i am directly related to the JM Barrie, or so i am to believe ...

I love this story as it is so heart warming ...

Wendy ... a growing young woman fightened to leave the comfort of the nursery and grow up into a young woman and take on the responsibility and no longer be able to play games and use her wonderful imagination ...

Then Peter ... the boy who never grew up ... who also has a wonderful imagination and sits at the window every night listening to Wendy tell George and Michael her stories of love, loss and adventure ... he too felt that he wanted to be young forever and play games for all eternity ...

Its a fantastic story, and it captures everyone who watches it ... its a shame really that so many re-makes have been done as it has lost the true essence of the real story being Peter and Wendy ...

Wow. Peter is my only true love...
 
But I'm sure that if you ask everyone, their answers will all be different. I love Peter because of what is in him; his youth, joy, and little-birdiness. He's eveything everyone wants, and everything everyone is afraid of. I guess I love him because he has all his first teeth.
