And another one I don't think is in the script, another story of his, this was Mary's favorite in a way. He always had someone looking after his affairs, whether it was Gilmour or someone. Always seemed to get him off jury service. But one day he went to see what happens. I don't believe there is a word of truth in this story from start to finish but we always thought there was. He went to the place wherever this man is for service, the law person, clerk of the court or something like that. I think 36 people were summoned for jury service. The clerk of the court would say "Davies" "Here" "Holmes" "Barrie" and a voice in the back would say "deeeeaaad". Then he would sneak out. He never served on a jury. Laughter.
